Paul Simon

Paul Simon is the Executive Director of R&D at Synopsys Inc, where they focus on data analytics platforms for system-on-chip production and in-field observability. Their international career spans roles in semiconductor manufacturing, yield management, and software development, including co-founding QUALTERA and serving in executive positions at Philips Semiconductors and NXP Semiconductors. They earned a Ph.D. in Semiconductors from Eindhoven University of Technology and an M.Sc. in Microelectronics from Delft University of Technology.
