Promit Mandal

Promit Mandal is an experienced ASIC Digital Design Engineer currently working at Synopsys Inc since January 2024, following an internship in the same field. Prior to this, Promit served as Hardware Team Lead at SelectricGo EV Solution Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included building an IoT protocol-based electronic system for EV detection at charging stations. Promit has held multiple roles within the National Service Scheme at DTU, including General Secretary and Executive, and has been an active member of IEEE DTU and Desh Ke Mentor. Additionally, a Digital Design Research Intern at Delhi Technological University, Promit designed radiation-hardened latches in CMOS technology. A VLSI intern at DRDO focused on low-power design, Promit conducted analysis of adiabatic circuits for power optimization. Promit Mandal earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Delhi Technological University, after completing secondary education at Lovely Public Sr. Sec. School.
