Rajesh Budhrani

Rajesh (Raj) Budhrani is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and strategic programs at Synopsys Inc. since November 2020, where roles have included Executive Director and Senior Director. Prior to this, Raj held various positions at EY from December 2014 to November 2020, focusing on business consulting for technology clients, including CFO agenda initiatives and finance transformation. Experience also includes significant roles at Deloitte Consulting and PwC, specializing in finance processes design and transformation for Fortune 500 clients. Raj holds a Master's Degree in Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B.Com in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management of Enterprise Risks.
