Renee DeMay is an experienced business leader currently serving as a Business Advisor to the SVP of Operations at Synopsys Inc, since July 2025, where responsibility includes leading the transition of the CEO Office following the acquisition of Synopsys. Previously, at Ansys from October 2014 to July 2025, Renee functioned as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Vice President of Executive Operations, collaborating with senior leadership to shape corporate strategy, manage the COVID-19 crisis response, and co-lead the integration process for the Synopsys acquisition, contributing to revenue growth from $1.1 billion to $2 billion. As Vice President of WW Customer Excellence, Renee transformed a global team, launched professional services, and integrated multiple acquisitions. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at PTC, where Renee led worldwide service programs and developed innovative learning solutions. Renee holds a BS in Business Logistics from Penn State University.
