Ruchir Agarwal

Ruchir Agarwal is an experienced software professional with a rich background in software architecture and engineering. They began their career as a consultant at Tata Technologies from 1997 to 1999, before progressing to Mentor Graphics, where they held various roles until 2007, including project lead in Emulation GUI and development of HDL simulators. Following their tenure at Mentor Graphics, Ruchir worked at Synopsys Inc as a Senior Architect, focusing on PC R&D. Most recently, they served as a Senior Software Architect at Cadence Design Systems, leading development initiatives and defining next-generation solutions. Ruchir holds a B. Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a PGPM from Sunstone Business School.
