Shailesh Kumar is currently an ASIC Digital Design Manager at Synopsys Inc, where they focus on advanced design verification methodologies. They have previously held roles as a Design Verification Engineer at Sankalp Semiconductor Pvt Ltd and as a Contractor, specializing in functional verification and test plan development. Shailesh also served as a Teaching Assistant at NIT Bhopal during their academic career.
