Shawn Nikoukary

Shawn Nikoukary is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulations, packaging design, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Systems Engineering and Package Design at MaxLinear since June 2020, Shawn leads IC-PKG-PCB simulations and package design for advanced technologies including WiFi, 5G, and PAM4. Prior roles include Director of Signal Integrity and Packaging at Rambus, where Shawn oversaw system level simulations and validation of DDR4/DDR5 technologies, and Engineering Manager at Inphi Corporation, where expertise in high-speed SerDes and SI/PI methodologies was developed. A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering and Santa Clara University with a Master's in Engineering Management, Shawn's career spans over two decades, including key positions at Cadence, LSI Logic, and Intel, building extensive knowledge in electronic design automation and packaging systems.
