Shetal Shah

Shetal Shah is a dynamic engineering leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Engineering at Synopsys, where they manage a global team of over 65 engineers dedicated to software engineering tools and operations. With a track record of enhancing engineering productivity and optimizing operations, Shetal has achieved significant cost savings and developed innovative automation solutions using cloud and machine learning. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Synopsys, including Engineering Manager and Senior Director, where they led successful transformations in development tools and processes. Shetal earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat and completed an Executive Program at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
