Shikha Sharma

Shikha Sharma has an extensive background in engineering and management, with significant experience at STMicroelectronics Pvt Ltd from 2000 to 2011, where Shikha held the position of Technical Leader. From July 2014 to August 2017, Shikha served as Layout Manager for nvm memories and later took on the role of Senior Staff Engineer responsible for program management and technology in the ESD domain for CMOS technologies. In February 2023, Shikha joined Synopsys Inc as Manager II in the Product Engineering team. Shikha holds an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University through Distance Education and a diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Meerabai Polytechnic Maharani, completed from 1997 to 2000.
