Spencer Saunders

Spencer Saunders is the VP of R&D Engineering at HAV, where they define requirements and roadmaps in collaboration with customers and guide engineering teams from concept to execution. With extensive experience in hardware engineering, they previously held senior roles at ARM, including Director of Hardware Acceleration and Engineering Manager, overseeing the development of emulators and FPGA solutions. Spencer also worked as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire, focusing on R&D in laser light scattering detection systems. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
