Spencer Wilson has extensive experience in performance engineering, currently serving as Manager I at Synopsys Inc since March 2013. In this role, Spencer manages a team focused on performance testing for multiple products involving varied architectures. Prior to this, Spencer took on leadership responsibilities within the performance testing team, specializing in Selenium, Perl, and Bash testing. Spencer began the career as a Software Engineer I at Coverity, where automated testing for a Java/PostgreSQL web application was a primary focus. Earlier experience includes a role as Junior Python Developer at NTT DATA Canada, contributing to a web application for the oil and gas industry. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Computing degree from the University of Guelph.
