Stephen Dube

Stephen Dube is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading complex engineering and transformation projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Engineering Manager at Synopsys Inc since 2020, Stephen focuses on delivering Mixed Signal Intellectual Property through cross-functional coordination of global teams. Prior roles include Sr. Project Manager at Export Development Canada, where program management supported corporate transformation initiatives, and management of a Project Management Office at CSDC Systems. With a background in engineering and project management that spans over three decades, Stephen has held critical positions at companies such as Honeywell, General Dynamics Canada, and Nortel, demonstrating expertise in new product introduction, system qualification, and software delivery. Stephen holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University and earned a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
