Supriya Sharma

Supriya Sharma is the current Regional HR Head at Synopsys. Supriya has extensive experience in HR, having worked in various positions at Birlasoft, R Systems, and HCL BPO.

At Birlasoft, they were the Associate Director, and was responsible for managing entire HR operations for the BPO unit. Supriya actively participated in PCMM level 5 certification as assessment team member.

At R Systems, they were the Manager HR, and was responsible for managing one of the key business centers for HCL BServ as HR partner and Performance management lead for more than 4000+ employees.

At HCL BPO, they were the Associate Manager Human Resource, and was responsible for managing one of the key business centers for HCL BServ as HR partner and Performance management lead for more than 4000+ employees.

Supriya Sharma has a Masters in Human Resource Management from IMT Ghaziabad. Supriya also has a certification from Dale Carnegie in TTT from Dale Carnegie.

Supriya Sharma reports to Sarah Kensler, HR Director. They are on a team with Mona Knutsen - Director Of Employment, Jodi Stamps - Director of HR Operations and Service Delivery, and Cassie Hamelman - Sr Director, HR Business Partner.
