Tian Ling is a senior software architect and R&D manager with extensive experience in EDA infrastructure, scalability, and AI, as well as advanced EDA product design and development. They currently serve as the Senior Director of R&D at Synopsys Inc., leading the DataModel/Infrastructure and ECO R&D teams. Tian has held prominent positions at Cadence Design Systems, including Software Architect and Senior Member of the Consulting Staff. They hold a BS in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, as well as MS degrees in Physics and Optics from the same institution and Vanderbilt University, respectively.
