Todd McKenzie is a Principal R&D Engineer with over 20 years of experience in semiconductor software, applied machine learning, and variation analysis. Currently leading a global team at Synopsys Inc., Todd is focused on delivering high-performance simulation solutions and collaborating with customers to implement advanced circuit simulation algorithms. Previously at IBM, Todd developed simulation and optimization tools that significantly enhanced device modeling workflows. Todd has also contributed to academic research, earning a Ph.D. in Computer Science from National Taiwan University and holding patents as well as publications that connect AI and circuit design.
