Tom Kawarai

Tom Kawarai has over two decades of experience in sales and leadership within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Japan Regional Sales Head and VP Sales GTM at Synopsys Inc since January 2013, Tom previously held the position of Director WW Sales. Prior to this role, Tom was the President of Springsoft KK from April 2009 to December 2012 and served as Sales Director in Japan at Cadence Design Systems from 2003 to 2008. Tom’s career began at Innotech, where a tenure from 1992 to 2003 culminated in the role of Group Leader.
