Wayne Lee

Wayne Lee is an experienced engineer specializing in high-speed interfaces and validation, currently serving as a SerDes PCIe IP Application Engineer at 新思科技 since February 2025, focusing on SerDes PHY and PCIe Gen5/Gen6 PHY. Previously, Wayne worked at 仁寶 as a Hardware Engineer, conducting high-speed I/O electrical validation, and held positions at ELAN Microelectronics as a System Engineer, where fingerprint sensor IC validation was a key responsibility. Wayne further developed expertise as a High-Speed SerDes Application Engineer at 英特爾, debugging and validating high-speed I/O interfaces for PCIe Gen4/Gen5. Additionally, Wayne's role at Novatek Microelectronics Corp. involved SerDes IP post-silicon validation, particularly focusing on HDMI RX IP validation. Wayne holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Chang Gung University.
