Will Marsden is a director focused on digital engineering and sustainable technology. With a proven track record in planning and delivering complex software systems for the defense, aerospace, and power generation sectors, they have a strong ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into high-ROI software solutions. Currently, they serve as Chief Technologist at Synopsys Inc., after holding various roles at Ansys, including Director for the global Model Based Engineering Application Engineering team and CTO for EMEA and Sustainability. Will has experience spanning multiple organizations within the aerospace, defense, and energy supply chains and has successfully identified new markets to sustain significant annual growth. They earned their degree from the University of Surrey, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
