Willie Tsai, MBA, CSP, PMP, is an EHS and Security Leader with extensive experience in driving safety, health, sustainability, and risk management across various industries. They have held positions at prestigious companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Eaton, where they successfully implemented strategic EHS initiatives, led teams, and secured multiple awards for safety excellence. Currently serving as the APAC Regional EHS & Security Manager at Synopsys Inc, they oversee EHS and security services across eight countries, achieving significant improvements in risk management and employee safety awareness. Willie holds an MBA from National Tsing Hua University and has a solid foundation in industrial safety and risk management from their earlier studies.
