Yan-Ying He

Yan-Ying Yan-Ying has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, serving as a Technical Manager at TSMC from July 2016 to December 2018, where responsibilities included developing in-house machine learning optical proximity correction (ML OPC) models and EUV resist models, along with overseeing OPC model platforms and data statistics studies. Following TSMC, Yan-Ying Yan-Ying worked as R&D staff at 新思科技 from January 2019 to December 2021, and then joined Synopsys Inc, first as a Sr Staff and currently as a Principal Engineer since February 2024. Yan-Ying Yan-Ying earned a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from 國立臺灣大學 in 2010 and a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the same institution in 2005. Education was also completed at 建國中學 from 1997 to 2000.
