Yiwen Su

Yiwen Su has extensive experience in semiconductors, optics, and nanofabrication technologies, specializing in custom layout design, verification, and optimization of design flows. They held the position of Graduate Researcher in Photonics at the University of Toronto from 2013 to 2016 and served as a Research Associate there as well. Prior experience includes roles as a Cleanroom Assistant at the Electron Beam Nanolithography Facility and various layout design positions at AMD. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Yiwen worked at Synopsys Inc as an Analog Design Engineer and advanced to Senior Staff Analog Design Engineer. They earned a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Photonics as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours from the University of Toronto.
