Erato Kallitsa is currently working as a Talent Researcher at Synova since March 2024. Prior to that, Erato was a Senior Associate at Blackwood Group from September 2019 to March 2024. Erato began their career as a Researcher at Pinpoint Partners from September 2018 to August 2019. Erato obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the University of Bristol in 2018.
