Nicolas Vettorel

Nicolas Vettorel has extensive experience in the field of customer service and technical support, currently serving as Customer Service Team Leader and Technical Support Specialist at Synova SA since June 2011. In this role, Nicolas Vettorel has been responsible for the installation, commissioning, upgrading, and maintenance of Synova's advanced cutting process platforms utilizing patented Laser MicroJet Technology. Prior to this position, Nicolas Vettorel worked at Zimmer Surgical (formerly SoPlus) from September 2007 to December 2010 as After Sales Service Engineer Manager, focusing on the assembly and disassembly of orthopedic items and quality control of electronic and mechanical systems. Earlier in the career, Nicolas Vettorel also held the role of Assistant Production Manager. Nicolas Vettorel holds a Master 2 degree in Mecatronics from UFR Besancon, obtained between 2005 and 2007.
