Amy Coleman

Amy Coleman has extensive experience in compliance and examination roles within the financial sector. Currently serving as Compliance Control Exam Manager and previously as Senior Compliance Examiner at Synovus since July 2018, Amy has a solid foundation in compliance management. Prior experience includes positions as Compliance Officer at First National Bank of Hartford from January 2013 to July 2018, and as Credit Administration Manager at Synovus Financial Corporation between 2007 and 2012. Additional experience includes roles as Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta from 2000 to 2004, and at the Texas Department of Banking from 1998 to 2000. Amy Coleman holds degrees in Finance, and English Language and Literature from Angelo State University, along with prior education at Texas Tech University.
