Blake Gober

Blake Gober serves as the Director of Middle Market Banking at Synovus, a position assumed in April 2024, focusing on founder-led and family-owned businesses in Georgia. Gober joined Synovus in May 2017 as a Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking and Syndicated Finance Group, contributing to the establishment of the Middle Markets Team in 2019. Prior experience includes a decade at BB&T as a Corporate Banker, where responsibilities encompassed capital raising and treasury services for corporate clients in Northern Georgia, along with roles in portfolio management, credit analysis, and leadership development. Gober holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Georgia, earned between 2002 and 2005.
