Joseph Disanti

Joseph Disanti is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in corporate banking and relationship management. Currently serving as the Director of Middle Market Banking at Synovus since May 2024, Disanti previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking at BankUnited, where responsibilities included managing corporate relationships in Central Florida. Prior roles include Market President at Fifth Third Bank, Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo, and Vice President-Relationship Manager at Bank of America. Disanti has also served as an Officer in the US Navy Reserve and held various managerial positions in financial services and economic development organizations. Disanti holds an MBA in International Business from Dowling College and has pursued a PhD in Industrial Sociology at Stony Brook University.
