Scott Hulgan

Scott Hulgan is a seasoned financial services professional currently serving as the Retail Market Leader - Vice President at Synovus since November 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing retail banking and small business lending in the Huntsville and Madison markets. Additionally, Scott has contributed as an Ambassador/Emissary for the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber since January 2018, leading the Emissary Program in both 2020 and 2021.
