Sherry Houle is an accomplished management professional with extensive experience in customer service and team leadership. Currently serving as Manager of Specialty Teams at Synovus since August 2019, Sherry is responsible for coaching agents, achieving operational objectives, and managing customer escalations. Prior to Synovus, Sherry held several leadership roles at West Unified Communications Services from July 2006 to August 2019, including Supervisor, Team Lead, and Corporate Trainer, where management of a large team and maintaining customer relationships were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes volunteer work with Relay for Life and management roles in earlier positions. Sherry holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Strategy from Western Governors University, along with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an Associate in General Studies from Colorado Technical University.
