Ananya Phani

Ananya Phani currently serves as the Head of Insurance UK and Associate Partner at Synpulse, a position held since August 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at EXL from June 2016 to August 2021 as a Senior Manager in Consulting, where responsibilities included managing digital enablement programs and leading the bordereaux remediation program for a large UK commercial and specialty insurer. Ananya also served as a Digital Transformation Lead, designing processes for the launch of new digital business lines for SMEs and Marine Cargo. Earlier roles at TCS from January 2008 to June 2015 involved projects related to regulatory compliance in market risk for Credit Suisse, with responsibilities as a Project Manager and Lead Business Analyst. Ananya holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Techno India Institute of Technology.
