Nico Engelmann

Nico Engelmann has been working in the automotive industry since 2013. Nico began their career with an internship at Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH in 2013. In 2016, they completed a Bachelor thesis at SGE Ingenieur GmbH and an internship at BMW Group. The following year, they worked as a Development Engineer ADAS at EDAG Engineering GmbH and completed a Master thesis at cyberTECHNOLOGIES. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Co-Founder of synsor.ai.

Nico Engelmann received a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering - Automotive from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz - Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung from 2012 to 2016. Nico then went on to complete a Master of Science in Automotive Mechatronics from Hochschule M\u00fcnchen University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they have obtained three certifications from Udacity: a Deep Learning Nanodegree in December 2017, a Computer Vision Nanodegree in April 2020, and an Edge AI for IoT Developers Nanodegree in May 2020.
