Kristen Morgan

Kristen Morgan is currently the Head of Medical and Regulatory Affairs at Syntara, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Kristen served as the Head of Medical and Regulatory Affairs and Alliance Management at Pharmaxis Ltd from November 2017 to October 2023, and held multiple roles at Pharmaxis from August 2008 to November 2017, including Head of Medical and Regulatory Affairs and Head of Medical Affairs. Earlier in Kristen's career, the role of Medical Affairs Business Unit Manager was undertaken at sanofi-aventis from 2001 to July 2008, and prior experience includes serving as a Hospital Business Representative at GSK from 1996 to 2001. Kristen holds a Master’s degree in Medical Science specializing in Drug Development from UNSW, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from QUT, and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from The University of Queensland.
