Philip Crilley

Philip Crilley has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Philip started their career as a Full Stack Developer at YourOnlineMarketplace, where they worked from 2014 to 2017. During this time, they refactored legacy JQuery UI into a React application and implemented various infrastructure as code using AWS SAM and CloudFormation.

In 2017, Philip worked as an Administrative Assistant at LOYALitix® by Molyneaux Consulting, LLC, and as a College Student Tech Sr - Intern at Leidos.

In 2018, Philip joined Leidos again as a Software Development Intern and then moved on to YourOnlineMarketplace as a Cloud Engineer. In this role, they migrated the company's platform from DigitalOcean PaaS to AWS SaaS, implemented security measures using Cognito, and set up a CI/CD pipeline using CodePipeline.

From 2020 to 2022, Philip worked at Guidehouse as a Full Stack Java Developer.

Currently, they are working at Syntasa as a Cloud Engineer - Big Data. Their primary responsibility is to create a multi-cloud terraform installation script for the company's distributed SaaS data science platform, addressing compliance challenges and infrastructure optimization.

Philip Crilley completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science at George Mason University from 2015 to 2020. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications including AWS Certified Developer – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2022, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
