Shiva Vashishtha is currently a Senior Data Consultant at AllianceTek and has held various director roles in data programs at Jobaaj Learnings and Uniko Academy since 2021. Previously, Shiva served as a Data Analyst at Nishtya Infotech, where they implemented automated processes that significantly increased job postings and streamlined sales operations. Shiva has also worked as a Data End2End Monitoring Analyst at Schneider Electric. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur.
