Matthew Dawes has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Matthew started their career as a Process Engineering Intern at Harmac Medical Products in 2014. Afterward, they worked as a Product Design Engineer at Zurn Industries, LLC from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they joined HARBEC as a Process Engineer and later became an Engineering Manager in 2018. Matthew's recent employment is with Syntec Optics as a Process Engineer since June 2021 and currently holds the position of Molding Manager starting from July 2022.
Matthew Dawes received a Bachelor's degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology/Technician from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. Matthew attended the college from 2010 to 2014.
