Jasper Barnes

Jasper Barnes is an experienced professional in the agricultural industry, currently serving as Director for North America at SynTech Research since March 2018. Prior to this role, Jasper held multiple leadership positions at Syngenta from 2001 to January 2018, including Head of R&D Operational Portfolio and Head of Global Seeds and Integrated R&D Portfolio. Jasper's career began at Zeneca AG Products Inc, where roles included Eastern Region Development Manager and Field R&D Scientist. Jasper holds a PhD in Agronomy from the University of Arkansas and a Master’s degree in Agronomy from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
