Ludovic Kuntzmann

Ludovic KUNTZMANN is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure management and technical support. Currently serving as the IT Group Operation Manager at SynTech Research Group since January 2023, Ludovic maintains the operational condition of IS infrastructures, manages support activities, and oversees the deployment of new services across a global user base of over 600. Previously, Ludovic held roles including SharePoint Expert and Technical Account Manager at Bedag Informatik AG, and Production Engineer/Technical Leader at CMA CGM, where responsibilities included troubleshooting technical issues and re-architecting SharePoint environments. Ludovic began the career as a System Administrator at Tetra Pak, with early experience at Renault Dijon as a Computer Engineer. Educational qualifications include a BTS in IT management and a BAC in Business data processing.
