Jessica Tucker

Jessica Tucker has extensive experience in engineering and customer satisfaction roles, currently serving as a Customer Satisfaction Engineer at Syntech Systems - FUELMASTER since April 2022. Previously, Jessica worked at Lumen Technologies for nearly 14 years, advancing from Engineer I to Engineer II, where responsibilities included application and user management, as well as efficiency analysis for monitoring and updating a large inventory of customer premises equipment. Earlier in their career, Jessica was a Data Analyst at Embarq Logistics, focusing on network maintenance and supporting NMS Administrators. Jessica holds two Associate's degrees from St Clair County Community College, one in CIS Applications and the other in CIS Networking.
