Matthias Wagner

Matthias Wagner currently serves as the Head of BU Pharma Processing and an Executive Team Member at Syntegon, while also holding the position of VP and General Manager of Pharmatec GmbH, a subsidiary of Syntegon. Prior to this, Matthias Wagner was Managing Director at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions GmbH, overseeing P&L responsibilities and developing a global strategy for special service tools. Earlier roles at Bosch included Co-Project Director for post-merger integration, Director of Spark Plug Development, and Manager in various capacities within international teams focused on product development. Matthias Wagner began a career at Bosch Japan managing a joint venture and has experience as a Team Leader in clean room production. Educational background includes a PhD research stint at Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg, specializing in ceramic multilayer technology.
