Kathrina Jederström has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Kathrina started their career in 2012 as a Student Marketing Assistant at Sveriges Ingenjörer, where they later also worked in Member Services. In 2016, they worked as a Montör at Ztift AB and as a Summer Trainee at Volvo Group Trucks Operations.

In 2017, Kathrina joined AstraZeneca as a Service Engineer, where they had maintenance responsibilities for two production lines. Kathrina also worked on long-term maintenance planning and coordinated investigations of deviations. During the same year, they also completed their thesis at Volvo Construction Equipment.

From 2017 to 2020, Kathrina worked at Sigma Industry as a Consultant in Production Engineering, contributing their expertise in that field. Additionally, in 2016, they participated in an exchange program at the University of Prince Edward Island, focusing on Entreprenörs- och småföretagsverksamhet (Entrepreneurship and Small Business Operations).
