Kathrina Jederström

Kathrina Jederström has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Kathrina started their career in 2012 as a Student Marketing Assistant at Sveriges Ingenjörer, where they later also worked in Member Services. In 2016, they worked as a Montör at Ztift AB and as a Summer Trainee at Volvo Group Trucks Operations.

In 2017, Kathrina joined AstraZeneca as a Service Engineer, where they had maintenance responsibilities for two production lines. Kathrina also worked on long-term maintenance planning and coordinated investigations of deviations. During the same year, they also completed their thesis at Volvo Construction Equipment.

From 2017 to 2020, Kathrina worked at Sigma Industry as a Consultant in Production Engineering, contributing their expertise in that field. In 2019, they joined Volvo Construction Equipment as a Maintenance Technician, focusing on ensuring technical requirements were met during equipment procurement processes.

In 2020, Kathrina took on the role of a Senior Consultant at Syntell AB, where they combine their knowledge in System Lifecycle Management with a focus on traceability, responsiveness, and flexibility. Kathrina also worked on projects related to maintenance development, risk management, and complex analyses.

In 2021, they briefly worked at BAE Systems Hägglunds AB as a Sustainment Support Specialist, before transitioning to the role of an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager in 2022. Kathrina also took on the role of a Requirements Manager at Trafikförvaltningen, where they work on requirement management for three reconstruction projects using Polarion.

Throughout their career, Kathrina has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different industries and roles, emphasizing their expertise in maintenance, production engineering, and system lifecycle management.

Kathrina Jederström's education history includes various academic experiences. In 2012, they began their studies at Mälardalen University, where they pursued a degree in Produkt- och processutveckling (Product and Process Development) and successfully completed their Civilingenjörsexamen (Master of Science in Engineering) in 2017. Additionally, in 2016, they participated in an exchange program at the University of Prince Edward Island, focusing on Entreprenörs- och småföretagsverksamhet (Entrepreneurship and Small Business Operations).

In 2020, Kathrina briefly attended Mälardalen University again, completing a course in Industri 4.0. Although no specific degree was mentioned for this course, it provided their with knowledge in the field.

Furthermore, Kathrina has obtained the ASEP (Associate Systems Engineering Professional) certification from INCOSE (International Council on Systems Engineering) in November 2022. This certification signifies their expertise and competence in Systems Engineering.
