Lilly W.

Lilly W. is the co-founder and CEO of Synteny, a company focused on personalized cancer therapeutics. She has also served as a board member for various companies such as Vivan Therapeutics, Labstep, Andela, SOPHiA GENETICS, CiBO Technologies, Generation Investment Management, and The Baupost Group. Prior to her current role, she worked as a project manager at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Lilly W. holds an MPhil in Computational Biology from the University of Cambridge, a BA in Mathematics and Classics from Dartmouth College, an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in Finance from London Business School, and has completed a program at Singularity University.
