Martina Kröner

As Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Martina supports the organization across many functions. She is responsible for driving the development of strategic plans for technology selection and adoption and for their continuous process improvement. She leads the Human Resources, Vendor Management, and Project Management Office, plus the global administration team. As a member of the Executive Leadership team, she supports the strategic challenges and opportunities for the organization. Prior to this role, Martina served as Managing Director and Vice President of European Operations, and Chief Financial Officer Europe for Synteract.

With more than 10 years of experience in leadership roles, she has worked with private equity companies in the pharmaceutical, automotive, and retail industries and become a successful senior executive. Prior to joining Synteract, she served as CFO for Novem car interior design, a worldwide developer, provider, and system supplier of high-quality car interior trim elements with over 4,500 staff throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas. She was instrumental in driving sales to new buyers.

Martina holds a degree in business economics and pedagogics from the University of Mainz.
