Rachel Varcho, LPCC-S, has extensive experience in mental health counseling, particularly in school-based settings. Currently serving as a School-Based Clinician at Syntero, Inc. since February 2019, Rachel Varcho specializes in providing comprehensive care to children and adolescents aged 8-17, including intake assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for various mental health issues. Notable achievements include being recognized as the highest producing clinician among Syntero's school-based providers, facilitating group therapy sessions, and mentoring new clinicians. Prior to this, Rachel Varcho worked as a Counselor Trainee at CornerStone Family Services, where individual and couples counseling was provided, and co-facilitated therapeutic groups. Rachel Varcho has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
