Nina Riggs Griffin has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. From 2003 to 2020, they have worked at two different companies. At Syntero, Inc., they held multiple roles including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Billing and Technology, and Electronic Health Records System Administrator from 2014 to present. Prior to that, at UMCH Family Service, they worked as a Contract EHR System Administrator, Contract Clinician, Contract Technical Support, Quality Improvement and Compliance Manager, Quality Improvement Coordinator, Quality Improvement Specialist, and Records Specialist from 2003 to 2018.
Nina Riggs Griffin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Professional Writing and Sociology at Ohio Northern University in 2003. Nina then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Education in Clinical Counseling from the University of Dayton. In 2013, Nina obtained a certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor from the Counselor, Social Work and MFT Board.

Syntero, Inc. is a non-profit, community based organization that specializes in mental health and substance abuse treatment, prevention and early intervention services as well as community-based social services. We serve individuals of all ages and families from Central Ohio.
