Morteza Miansari

Morteza Miansari is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in product and process development, particularly in the fields of microfluidics and bioengineering. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Synthego Corporation since November 2021, Morteza is responsible for new technology evaluation and translating customer feedback into engineering designs. Previous roles include Senior Fluidics Engineer at Synthego, where Morteza enhanced product designs and introduced new GMP-compliant consumables, and Senior Microfluidics Engineer at CellFE, focusing on scalable cell engineering platforms. Morteza has also held leadership positions at Royan Institute and made significant contributions as a Research Scientist at Stanford University and the University of California, San Diego. Morteza's academic credentials include a Postdoctoral Fellowship from Stanford University and a Ph.D. from Monash University. Additionally, Morteza possesses hands-on expertise with a range of advanced fabrication and characterization techniques in cleanroom environments.
