Navneet Ratti

Navneet Ratti has extensive experience in translational medicine and research, with a career spanning over 18 years in various leadership roles within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. At Synthekine, from April 2019 to March 2022, Navneet served as the Senior Director of Translational Medicine and previously as the Director of Translational Pathology, focusing on Companion Diagnostics and histo-pathology. Prior experience includes a Principal Research Scientist role at Eli Lilly and Company and Associate Director at ARMO BioSciences, emphasizing oncology research and translational efforts. As co-founder and Director of Tissue Diagnostics, Navneet established a CRO to support pharma and biotech sectors. Earlier work at Genentech involved managing oncology drug development projects and contributing to scientific literature. Navneet holds an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and a BS in Human/Medical Genetics from Guru Nanak Dev University.
