Hadrien Carnot

Hadrien Carnot is a Strategic Account Executive at Synthesia since June 2025, following a role as Enterprise Account Executive at MongoDB from July 2022 to June 2025. Hadrien previously served as Business Manager at ALTEN, where responsibilities included developing business with key accounts, managing P&L, and leading a team of IT and Telecom engineers. Earlier experience includes teaching and coaching design thinking for aspiring entrepreneurs at the City of Paris, business development at Atypie, and driving A2P and P2P SMS monetization solutions at Orange. Hadrien holds a Master’s in Marketing and Business Development from EDHEC Business School and participated in the Antai Global Summer School at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
