Jonathan Fass is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and military strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Synthesis since June 2018, Jonathan oversees business operations and new projects throughout the client life cycle. Previously, as the Head of Operations and Customer Success at AgIle Synthesis, Jonathan managed all post-sale operations and optimized customer success teams. Prior military service includes key roles in the Israel Defense Forces from June 2010 to December 2017, where Jonathan held positions such as Chief of Staff in the IDF Planning Directorate and Strategic Planning Officer, contributing to military cooperation strategies and international relations policies. Jonathan began a career in academia as a Teaching Assistant at IDC Herzliya, following a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Reichman University.
