Andreas Hadjiyannis

Andreas Hadjiyannis currently serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at Synthesis Capital, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Andreas was a Finance Manager at Equistone Partners Europe from June 2018 to September 2024, managing corporate and fund accounting alongside operational responsibilities. Earlier experience includes roles as a Financial Accountant at Equistone Partners Europe and as an Assistant Manager at EY, where a three-month secondment was completed in the New York City office. Andreas also has a background as a Supervisor in Financial Services Africa at EY. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance with Accounting and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, both obtained from the University of Cape Town.
