Harsha Maloo

Harsha Maloo currently serves as the Head of the Synthesis Payment CoE at Synthesis Software Technologies, responsible for driving payments strategy, managing P&L, and building strategic partnerships since April 2022. Prior to this role, Harsha worked at Nihilent Technologies Inc as an Engagement Manager and Business Transformation Consultant, focusing on enabling design thinking and data-driven business strategies from July 2019 to June 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Payment Subject Matter Expert and Lead Consultant at Nedbank, where digital transformation strategies were implemented, and Quality Assurance Lead at Nihilent Ltd. Harsha holds an MBA from Stellenbosch Business School and has additionally earned master’s degrees in Creativity, Innovation & Design Thinking from Bentley University and Entrepreneurship from KEDGE Business School, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
