Aaron Sitze is currently serving as the Head of Learning Experience at Synthesis since January 2021. Prior to this role, Aaron worked at Oregon Community Unit School District 220 from August 2002 to January 2021 as a High School Teacher. Aaron is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education - EdD in Curriculum and Instruction at Northern Illinois University from 2015 to 2024.
